In the majority of installations GLASS fronted 1kw or 1.3kw heaters were installed.

The heating element was 1000 hrs and behind glass.

• Elements failing due to the heat build up in the body of the fitting and continuous switching on and off.
• Front glasses “exploding” due to massive heat difference when used in very cold weather.
• Water ingress causing similar results including premature element failure.
